Lina has been the Recruitment Administrator at Callcentre People since 2015. In Lina’s busy and varied role she conducts candidate interviews, screens applicants which includes credit checks, back ground police checks and reference checks. Lina’s role also includes sending out offers of employment with contracts and any other necessary paper work.
For Callcentre Peoples temporary staff, Lina is your main point of contact. Supporting temp staff and keeping employers up to date.
So what is Lina’s back ground…. Lina knows call centres through and through. Prior to being at Callcentre People Lina has had varied roles from outbound sales, inbound customer service, market research phone based and face to face, compliance and audits.
This born and raised gal from Auckland still has strong connections to her Tongan roots and loving Island food, being with family, travelling and her passion for fashion ensures Lina is always best dressed!
