I just want to say how truly grateful I am for this course and the incredible team behind it. Even though I did it online over Teams, it still felt like such a warm and supportive space. Taking The Call Centre People course with Paddy, Lina, and Kayla was truly life-changing.

What I initially thought would be just another call centre course turned out to be so much more. It wasn’t just about call scripts and customer service—it was a comprehensive journey that covered CV writing, crafting powerful cover letters, mastering interview techniques, and engaging in practical exercises that built my confidence from the ground up.

Before joining the course, I had been applying for jobs for over eight months with barely any responses. It was disheartening and left me questioning my approach. However, once Paddy and Kayla took the time to review and fine-tune my CV, everything changed. Almost immediately, I started receiving calls for first-stage interviews—something I hadn’t experienced in months. Admittedly, I completely bombed my first one (I hadn’t reached the interview prep part of the course yet!), but that was part of the learning curve. Paddy and the team at CallCentre People always deliver, finding us great candidates to join our team.  Paddy really gets our business and makes the time and effort to keep up to date with what is happening in our business and the types of people and skills we need.

Her attention to detail to capture a Indepth profile of the person for the role is what sets her apart from other recruitment agencies.  Her drive to find that person is highly commendable.  And her regular updates on the recruitment search is impeccable.

Lina is very responsive with sending through CVs and employment onboarding information which again just makes the whole recruitment process for us easy.  And that’s how it should be.  I am a busy manager and don’t have the time to review dozens of CVs to find the gold nugget candidates.  Callcentre People do this for me and doing it exceptionally well.

This course was an easy process all round with guidance through each step, big or small. It gave me confidence in my self-worth, abilities, knowledge, and expectations of the customer service industry, especially the contact centre industry. I feel self-assured when applying for jobs with my CV and how to cater cover letters to the position. The roleplay part of the course was very useful as I found a good flow, tone and structure for my responses using the STAR method. I learnt how to prepare for interviews, whether it was dress code or questions to expect. I will always appreciate everything I have gained from this course, but most of all Kayla, Lina, and Paddy, who made this experience so fun, engaging and comfortable for me to enter the workforce again. – Sahara
